Classic Mama Power Kale Salad

1 pound cut and washed kale greens
1/4 small red onion julienne cut (optional)
12oz jar of Mama Power Kale salad dressing and marinade

1 pound cut and washed kale greens in a bowl
Add 1/2 of a 12oz jar of Mama Power Kale salad dressing after shaken well
OR
add 4 oz of oil then spoon on 3 tablespoons of settled dressing and massage into kale for 30 to 45 seconds
More dressing can be added if desired

Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

1 lb of brussels sprouts cut in half
1/4 small red onion julienne cut (optional)
(To taste) Mama Power Kale salad dressing and marinade

Add 4 tablespoons of oil from Mama Power Kale salad dressing to skillet on medium heat for until hot
Add 1 lb of brussels sprouts cut in half and red onions if desired
Spoon on 3 tablespoons of settled dressing mix in until sprouts are covered
Saute until sprouts are cooked to desired tenderness and/or charred a bit

4 cups cooked quinoa
2 cups raw kale greens
1 cup of Mama Power Kale salad dressing

Combine all ingredients and mix well and enjoy
